After years of hard work, Global One Bank officially opened for business last Saturday at 1400 Blalock Street, Houston, Texas. This is also a new chapter for the opening of a new bank in the Asian and International community.
Since the end of last year, the Texas Banking Department, FDIC, and the Federal Reserve have approved Global One Bank’s merger with Chappell Hill Bank, with an impressive $34 million in capital. Under the holding company, the bank is now operating as both Chappell Hill Bank and Global One Bank, serving a diverse clientele with a range of financial services.

This diverse leadership team reflects the bank’s commitment to serving a wide range of communities, making it a truly international community bank.
At the grand opening, Elisa Hsu, First Vice President of Global One Bank, Amit Bhaka, Board Member, and Mr. Wea Lee, Chairman of the Assets & Liability Committee, were present to mark the occasion and emphasize the bank’s commitment to building strong connections within the community.
Today marks the realization of a dream, not only for our team but for the entire community we serve. Global One Bank is proud to be a bridge between cultures and a beacon of opportunity for people from all backgrounds. Our rapid growth and success reflect the trust and support we’ve received, and we look forward to continuing to break barriers and serve the diverse needs of our customers.
